di Elena & Melisa Koyunseven – 01 giugno 2021

Impruneta is a small but very special village in Italy, located in the middle of the green Florentine hills between the world famous Florence and Chianti region.

In addition to its agricultural products, it has also become famous for its terracotta production. the succes of terracotta in this area is primarly due to the presence of a particular type of  clay containing a high iron content that allows it to be baked at 1.000C° which guarentees positive results.

Thanks to this exclusive soil that is called galestro, the pots resist extreme temperature as low as -30C°.
